日差しが春めいてきた軽井沢。
それでもまだまだ、暖かさが恋しい日々が続きます。
そこで足を運んだのがこちらのカフェ。
「ストーブカフェ オキザリス」さん。
その名の通り、店内には薪ストーブがありました。
このストーブは、間伐材なども燃やせる
地球に優しいストーブなのだそうです。
私達がブランチにいただいたメニューはこちら。
スイス生まれの「ロスティー」
カリッと香ばしく焼かれた千切りのじゃがいもに
半熟の目玉焼きとチーズがのっています。
パンも美味です♪
女子の大好物、ワッフル。
カリフワの食感に幸せを感じます～。
開業1年生の私達は、軽井沢開業2年生のオーナーと
色々お話をさせて頂きました。
「地元の方や別荘の方にも気軽に来てもらえる店にしたい」
との言葉に強く共感しました。
お言葉通り、お値段もとてもリーズナブル。
この日はライラックから歩いて行きましたが、20分程でした。
